Day 1
Welcome to Kenya! Fly into Nairobi and enjoy a transfer to Wilson Airport for a flight to the Laikipia region of Kenya. Laikipia is a vast, diverse landscape known for its dramatic scenery, rich wildlife, and conservation-focused private game reserves. You will be transferred to your first lodge, Ol Lentille. Ol Lentille, named after Laikipia’s highest peak, is a lodge that is proud to be different. Located in a remote and beautiful part of Laikipia, guests enjoy the dramatic landscape and pristine wilderness of a 40,000-acre private conservancy which is home to many wildlife species. Game drives, walks (gentle or vigorous), camel safaris and even quad biking are some of the many activities at Ol Lentille.

Days 2-4
Spend your days at the lodge participating in their many activities, including game drives, boat trips along the beautiful Ewaso Nyiro River, guided walks, bird discovery tours, horse rides, and more. You will encounter abundant game including Grevy’s zebras, lions, leopards, black rhinos,  wild dogs, buffalos, giraffes, ostrich, and thousands of elephants.

Day 5
Fly to the Masai Mara today for the next step of your safari! Enjoy an evening game drive en route to Serian’s Kimya Kimya Camp, which is set on a private riverside site in the Mara North Conservancy. This snug little setup is chock-full of character with grand views over the rushing Mara River and a lively salt lick that regularly features Elephant, Giraffe and Zebra. Throughout the day, Zebra work their way down to the nearby spring for a mid-morning tipple, often displaced by raucous kids wanting to splash around in the warm water spring. This is an active river crossing point; Elephant and Giraffe navigate their way through the maze of granite boulders to the opposite bank.

Days 6- 8
These days are on safari in the Masai Mara today. At Serian, all of your game drives will be conducted in a private 4×4 safari vehicle with your own private guide and tracker, which means the day’s activities are entirely up to you. Want to spend the day tracking down an elusive rhino, or get out of the car and follow a wild elephant’s trail on foot? Anything is possible. Depart early in the morning to see the wildlife at its most active. A mid-day picnic lunch in the bush and a scenic sundowner will break up the day’s safari activities.

Day 9
Today, you’re off to the final stop on your incredible adventure. Fly to the coast and Diani Beach. With its gorgeous palm trees, powder white sand, and glistening azure waters, Diani Beach is a popular resort area on Kenya’s magnificent Indian Ocean shoreline, about 30 kilometres south of Mombasa.  You will arrive at your resort, Alfajiri Cliff Villa, located on the edge of a cliff in Kenya, offers a luxurious and exclusive getaway with uninterrupted ocean views. Days 10-12
The next three days are yours to spend at your leisure. Warm seas and exquisite coral reefs are the ideal environments for water-based activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, and boat safaris. Divers are likely to see turtles, mantas, barracuda and, if lucky, possibly even the elusive whale shark, the planet’s largest animal. Don’t miss the Colobus Conservation, a wonderful sanctuary for these fascinating endangered primates; the Shimba Hills National Reserve which offers an exceptional safari experience; and the nearby Kisite Marine National Park, known for its dolphin and turtle sightings. An array of excellent shops and alluring sea-facing restaurants completes the package of this destination. You can enjoy private dining a la carte, served al fresco or in-villa, with a focus on fine seafood and diverse cuisine paired with South African and South American wines and local spirits.
