Victoria Falls Safari: A Taste of Adventure
Victoria Falls, located on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, is an awe-inspiring addition to an African safari. If you want to go on safari in southern Africa, we highly recommend starting or ending your trip at the world’s largest waterfall.
While safari activities and game viewing are available at Victoria Falls, we especially love this destination for all the adventures on offer! Victoria Falls is truly an adrenaline junkie’s dream.
Bungy Jumping

Is bungy jumping on your bucket list? Victoria Falls is the ultimate place to take the leap! Jump from the edge of Victoria Falls Bridge, with the mighty Zambezi River thundering beneath you. The jump is 111 meters of mind-blowing adventure!
Helicopter Flight

Victoria Falls is the world’s widest waterfall, and the best way to take it all in is from the air! A short helicopter flip will give you an incredible bird’s eye view of the falls and the Zambezi River. You can also opt for a longer adventure and enjoy a Victoria Falls safari from the sky as you fly over the Batoka Gorge and Zambezi National Park.

If a helicopter ride doesn’t satisfy your craving for adrenaline, a microlight adventure should do the trick. This incredibly light, fixed-wing aircraft is open to the elements—so you can feel the wind rushing through your hair and the spray of Victoria Falls on your face!
Quad Biking

Enjoy a safe, yet thrilling quad bike tour through the African bush! Experience the rush of zooming through the wild on an ATV (under the supervision of an expert guide, of course). You can even head out to a local village and get an authentic taste of life in Zambia. The chance of encountering wild game makes the adventure even more exciting!
Whitewater Rafting
When the Zambezi River thunders over Victoria Falls in a 120-meter drop and surges through the Batoka Gorge, the result is a perfect playground for whitewater rafting. The waters are quite turbulent, offering some of the world’s most thrilling whitewater rafting adventures. Warning: You’re gonna get wet!

While the wet season is the best time to see a full, thundering Victoria Falls, the dry season brings the chance to swim in the exhilarating Devil’s Pool. This natural swimming pool is the “calm before the storm,” just before the water drops off the edge of the falls. When water levels are low, you can swim here and feel like you’re at the edge of the world!
River Safari

Specially built, nimble safari boats let you cruise right up to elephants and hippos in the Zambezi River; they’re like the 4WD vehicles of the water. Enjoy the thrill of speeding over rapids, then slowing down for a leisurely game viewing trip around the islands.
Canoe Trips

For our more active clients, we recommend a multi-day canoe safari along the Zambezi River (half-day or full-day trips are also available). The leisurely pace of the canoes allows you to really immerse yourself in your breathtaking surroundings as your expert guide takes you through hidden channels. You’ll be provided with hearty, delicious meals along the way and be able to camp under a magnificent canopy of stars in the African wilderness.
